Customer Insights Analyst role with a multinational client based in Sydney’s CBD, focused on digital analytics, campaign analytics and insights. This is a dynamic, fast paced and innovative organisation where you will get exposure to a number of technical tools including SAS, SQL and R

Key Accountabilities Include;

  • Designing control groups and applying test and learn methodology
  • Using a variety of data sources to drive insights on customers and recommendation for optimising campaign activity
  • Manipulation, extraction and analysis of data using tools

Experience and Background

  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Computer Science or Statistics
  • Proven experience in working within an analytics environment
  • Commercially focussed, ambitious and passionate about learning and development
  • Proven experience in working with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R etc
